The Little Mermaid is a tale
of a bold mermaid who falls in love with a prince she rescues from a sinking ship.
She wants to be with this Prince Eric on land. She frequently visits the surface to
see her friend Scuttle for advice on her newest discoveries of the world of land. She
hears of the sea witch Ursela and goes to her to see if she can get legs in order to go
to
the surface |

prince. Ariel must give up her
beautiful singing voice (which is all the Prince remembers about their encounter) and risk
loosing her soul to the sea witch. The only way she can win back her voice, or her
soul, is to have the prince kiss her by the 3rd sunset of the 3rd day. Ariel finds
the Prince, and they spend a lot of time getting to know each other, but the prince can't
understand why Ariel reminds him so much of that beautiful woman who saved his life, yet
she can't speak. With the help of her friends Sabastian, Scuttle, and Flounder,
maybe she can get that kiss before it is too late! |
